Sales Terms & Conditions – ATM Xpress

By completing a purchase through ATM Xpress, you agree to the legally binding terms outlined below. This service is classified as a digital business service with no physical shipment.

1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases are non-refundable once the signed location contract and business contact details have been delivered to the buyer via email. Buyers acknowledge they are purchasing exclusive contract rights to install an ATM at a business location—not a physical product or guaranteed revenue.

2. Location Rights Are Exclusive
Buyers receive the exclusive right to place an ATM at the specified location under the terms agreed upon with the business owner. These rights are non-transferable without written approval from ATM Xpress.

3. Buyer Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to install, load, and maintain the ATM at the contracted location. ATM Xpress does not assist with installation or coordination unless otherwise arranged.
Failure to install the ATM for any reason—including buyer delay, technical issues, or loss of contact with the business, does not entitle the buyer to any refund, replacement, or credit.

4. Contract Verification
All contracts are signed by the business owner and verified before delivery. Any claim that a contract is invalid or unusable must be submitted in writing within 5 days of delivery with supporting documentation.

5. Replacement Policy
If a delivered location is found to be permanently closed or the business owner is proven to be unreachable by phone or email, ATM Xpress will offer a replacement of equal value at no additional cost. This applies only if notification is made within 5 calendar days of delivery.

6. Brokered Transactions
For route or multi-location sales, ATM Xpress may act as a neutral broker holding funds until both parties confirm delivery. A 10% broker fee is applied to all such transactions.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Chargebacks on valid transactions will be treated as fraud. ATM Xpress will submit all communications, contracts, timestamps, and signed documentation as evidence. Buyers who initiate chargebacks will be permanently banned from using our services and may face legal action.

8. Governing Law
All sales and disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal claims must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction in Broward County, FL.
